Die diens wat ons lewer is eenvoudig. Ons probeer erenstige boere en mense wat regtig kan en wil plaaswerk doen, bymekaar bring . Ons is self boere, so ons weet hoe moeilik dit vir ‘n boer is om die regte person(e) te kies.
Ons probeer die inligting van die boer, sowel as die inligting van aansoekers vertroulik hou en daarom vra ons vir aansoekers om ‘n klein administrasie-fooi te betaal om hulle name hier te lys en om hulle CV’s aan boere beskikbaar te maak vir aflaai. Hierdie prosess word met die hand gedoen omdat elke aansoek vooraf ge-evalueer word – voordat dit finaal geplaas word.
Ons vra boere ook ‘n minimale fooi om ‘n aansoeker se CV af te laai. Dit help ons om van ons kostes te dek, maar daar is ook ‘n ander baie goeie rede daarvoor.
